48-hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Nouveau Medispa/ Advanced Plastic Surgery Center. They are reserved especially for you; we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive these services. Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 48 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy.
As of 10/25/22 the following cancellation/missed appointment policy is in effect:
Cancelling an Appointment
Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to appointment: failure to cancel within the required time will result in charge of the full deposit amount made at the time of booking appointment.
No Shows and Late Cancellations (48 hours)
Initially, patients who schedule and simply DO NOT show up or cancel outside the allotted timeframe of 48 hours will be required to make another deposit to reschedule their next appointment.
Deposits
The deposit is fully refunded to the patient if the appointment was canceled before the 48-hour notice.
All appointments with our Physician Assistant require a deposit varies by service based on duration of appointment.
Patients who prepaid for Package Deal
Patients who have prepaid for package deals who are No Shows or have Late Cancellations for their scheduled appointments will automatically be deducted the cancellation fee ($50.00) from the package balance to continue treatment.
New Patients
If a new patient fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment date before the 48-hour timeframe they will forfeit ALL limited-time pricing offers, monthly specials promotions or discounts.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to prevent any missed appointment, which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment. We send reminders as a courtesy, but patients are responsible to keep or cancel their appointment regardless of whether they receive a reminder or not.
